Aspen Estate Wines, Warburn Estate's newest release are named after the Aspen tree, whose leaves quiver ceaselessly, earning the nicknames such as "chattering tongues". 

Pale straw with emerging green hues. A distinctive bouquet of citrus characters, with underlying vanillin oak. Grapes are specially selected from small parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia. The vines are carefully cultivated to wine maker specifications, with low yields producing intensely-flavoured grapes of outstanding quality.White meats and seafood are excellent partners.
